I love positive people and people that believes in helping one another. The feeling of helping another and the person appreciates my help is GREAT! What I can do is only this much. Most of the time, it's really about sharing what I've experience and know, in the process, having more friends that I've added value to in life. :) I'm quite glad that, whatever I'm doing for now does add value to other people's life in one way or another. If they signed up for a course and benefits from it because they implements it, I'm glad that they did. When I implements the knowledge that I've gained from courses and it does brings results, I'm glad that it works. In the process, I learned and understands what works and what doesn't. If I can help others save money and yet get what they want to achieve. Because some things are meant to be and some are not meant to work that way. I'm glad that whenever I share my ideas with others, I get more ideas in the process and somehow, most of the ideas do value add my life. I'm grateful for everyone that adds value to my life today and all that gave me more ideas to implement. So far, I've experienced that a lot of things get done faster if we look directly for the person in charge. I'm thankful for everyone that helps me in 1 way or another. Somehow, I was still the person in charge of giving out carpark coupon for this PIP. Someone from the last program does remembers that it's still me the last time haha. I can now call myself -- Miss Carpark Coupon Distributor le LOL! But it's really an experience to learn logistics from Jerome. It's about adding value to others and how to do things better so that the other participants will feel better. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's session :)
Jasmine is a very cute and interesting friend to mine. She's always cheerful and likes to joke with us. The most interesting sentence from her today is when she replied a phone call, then I heard her saying.. "Yes, I already called you tomorrow ma." It's already 12+ am then. It's really quite funny. :) Most of the time, she's very entertaining. She also a very caring friend that does remember things you've mentioned and will shower me with concern almost everytime I see her. I'm blessed to have her as my friend. Yesterday evening, I went for this Business Networking Primer Workshop by Roger Loh . It basically a free session conducted by Roger on how what is Business Networking and how it should be done. It's a rather enlightening session and since it's free, I strongly recommend that if you do have a business that you wish to go in full force on, to register for a seat in the upcoming workshop that they'll be having.
My lessons from " The Power of Focus " book today is that I've learned 3 simple steps to change habits to a successful one.
I'm currently reading the book called "Power of Focus". I find the sentence about "Life Doesn't Just Happen to Me" within the 1st chapter interesting and meaningful. They mentioned that everything that happens in my life is the results of the choices I've made till today. Most importantly, "Successful People have Success Habits" and that's why they are successful. I'm pretty curious about what else they have to say and am looking forward to read more during tomorrow's train ride. :)
I went to this free feng shui seminar today. It's rather interesting, because the master added lots of value to me. She shared about how the birth date affects the looks and how the looks reflects the things we lack. I went for one of my friends' Business Network International gathering today. It's actually quite interesting, although initially, I'm quite lost. But after some time, then ok le. A new experience I should say, with a group of people that likes whatever each other is going so much and having lots of fun! The people there are really very friendly, so I shall add those that I've talked to into my hotlist then. Just that I'm not too sure if they really remember me :P But after sometime, I'll need to replace my friend for about 2 weeks so it should be ok I guess. The only downside is that. 7.30am is really a tough timing to wake up and go for the meeting. I'm glad I'm there. I'm so blessed!
Went for my friend's Sisters' Gathering today! So it's another event that I'll be my friend's sister (the 4th time for me). Actually, it's quite fun I feel but Joey is the most excited of us all! Probably 'cos she hasn't got a chance to be other bride's sister. Generally, the 1st time, I feel very excited as well! After many times, it's more of a fun thing to do. Especially when I can get to decide what games I want to play! Very chek ark of me hor? Well, actually it's cos I kena arrowed to do the thinking of all the games. Psychology of Color is one of the most useful things that's being taught in the class itself. I've learnt that difference colors have different meanings and will give different results. i.e. the same book will differently just by the change of the book cover's color with everything else intact. For the Internet Marketing Course I've attended this weekend, I've learnt the various ways to improve traffic to a site. I shall try it out to see how far can it work when it's actually implemented in a blog instead of a site. I shall revamp my entire blog tomorrow and do the necessary research that we are taught to do. :)
Just shared with one of my friends a few days ago that her computer is infected by some virus. And came to realised only yesterday that she's not the only one with unprotected computer. Then I'm wondering if it's just IT people that knows where to get free yet good antivirus software and install? Just to share with those that didn't know, AVG is really a very good yet free antivirus software. If you don't have one, it's best that you just download and install it so that your computer will be almost always virus free. At least most of the normal virus won't be able to disturb you :)
Went to support my friend at his chinese toastmaster club today. It's pretty funny, enjoyable and interesting. Maybe I should join one but then next year ba. I've decided that I should re-organise my life and sort out the 2 most important things that I wanted to do 1st and concentrate on that. If not, I'll just be trying to shoot many animals with just 1 bow and arrow, so in the end, I'll just shoot in the middle of no where and hit nothing. If other words, nothing will ever succeed as the effort is not enough. Hope that tomorrow will be better :) I shall start planning on the things I wanted to do and sort things out during the mrt ride tomorrow haha. Well from today's experience, I understand that in life, complaints really must be directed to the right people if you do wants to solve the problem and get things done. It's like there're still people smoking inside the lift at my house area, so in order to solve the problem, I thought the sign says it's enforced by law, so I called the police's non-emergency hotline lol! Then the policeman directed me to the NEA, National Environment Agency. Didn't know that they are the one in charge haha. So I called the NEA, they told me that the lifts are own by HDB, they can only send people down to enforce the rule, as in remind them of the rules I guess. And that's what I want to achieve anyway. 'cos I tried to suggest to them, why not, they install a smoke detector or something so that it deters such things from happening haha. I'm glad that today's numerology training I've conducted is a success and it ended on time. I'm blessed. :)
The lesson I've learnt today is that we should support our loved ones in whatever they are doing. Let them choose what they want to do and let them do what they love to do. Forcing our decision upon them will lead to 2 outcome, either they go against us, or they will just take our decision. If they do take up our decision 'cos we force them to, they might resent us one day if our decision is not what they really want in life and it didn't really work out for them. Unfortunately, none of my loved ones understand that. So I guess, the thing I can do is to do whatever I like and continue to believe that their objections in life is always due to their love for me. It has nothing to do with my decisions in life being right or not. After all, I can only succeed in life if I persisted in doing what I love to do and enjoy doing. Never give up!!

Had a great discussion session with one of my friends at McDonald's today. It's great to get a clearer view of what's exactly happening in my life and why is it so. Had a very much enjoyable chat and catch up with another friend that I've not seen for the past 4 months! It's great talking to her. Am glad that at some of in life, I helped to solve her dry eyes problem. Glad that the same solution works for both of us. :) At least for now, I came to understand that it's not the brand, it's the ingredient that helps! Thanks to her, I might be able to solve my foot blister problem as well :) I love the idea of sharing and helping one another so that tomorrow can be better for all of us :) Take care all my friends! Glad to see my friends today. For lunch, I met up with a great friend / mentor for lunch today. Good to catch up with him as his words are always so enlightening. I like his saying that everything you do can lead to success it's just about how passionate you are in doing it and whether it's your own strengths in doing those stuff. Because, if the garang guni can be successful, the hawker selling famous food can be successful, what else can't be? Actually, even if you sell fish, as passionate as qianhu's boss, you can also succeed in selling fish! As for me, my hobby is really in writing blogs I felt. 'cos I find it rather fun to do it. I'm still in the process of improving and writing stuff that adds more value, even if it's just about my own life. Learnt that different people have different issues to cleanse. In fact, most people have things to cleanse it's just about how much of baggages we're still carrying. As for me, my next 2 weeks' homework is to write 1 page about my strengths and 1 page about things I'm grateful for every single day. For now, everyday is different and exciting. I looked forward to tomorrow. :)
It's good to have the chance to catch up with my friend that I've not seen for so long. Actually, that time they mentioned that they want to organise outing / gathering every 3 mths but it's like at least half a year to 1 year and somehow the plan didn't get executed haha.
Learn from the sharing session yesterday about the first 2 Laws of Teamwork from John C Maxwell , namely Law of Significance and Law of The Big Picture. In fact, I find it pretty enlightening, it's a small principle and most of us knows it just that not many of us implements it. Like the Law of Significance : One is too small a number to achieve greatness. Well, it reminds me of the single chopstick that breaks easily and the multiple chopsticks bundle that's harder to break. It all boils down to unity is power. But still at times, I still feel like doing things alone, 'cos it's easier to manage and implements but it's only when there's a team behind you where everyone plays the small little parts of it and all these add together to be something bigger and stronger. The truth is, I was a bit hesitating and was even thinking of not attending today's sharing session with the group. But I'm very glad that I went and I'm blessed to be invited. It's like out of so many others out there, I'm one of those invited, and I'm not even their batch haha. Most importantly, I accepted the invitation out of curiosity but curiosity didn't kill the "cat". In fact, it's really a good thing to be there and although I walked so far with the high heels and it's painful but the lessons I've learnt during the session is worth more than that. :) I found the photographer that is willing to take my photo so that I can get my namecard reprinted. Even if I dun print it, at least there will be a much better looking photo soon. :) I'm glad and happy about it.
