Cheese Cake

Haha.. started by baking hobby again.. This time, at least the cheese cake is edible one.. Taste normal ba.. must be improved on.. 'cos the outside is a bit hard but the center is not well done enough, yet it started cracking le haha... Next time I must remember to poke the core with that wooden stick to make sure that it's well done 1st haha.. When I eat it while it's hot, it taste not bad to me la.. When it becomes cold the next day.. It taste ok nia haha.. I wonder what else need to be done to make it better. Nvm try again another day ba haha.. Maybe it's the oven heat and temperature ba..

Onion Bread

Hmm today's onion bread made by the teacher is taste good and is the 1st time that I ate onion bread that doesn't has the onion taste haha.. But it's good leh I think. Maybe I shall make some this weekend hahaha...

Baking Today

Well today, we finally learnt the ice-cream baking process. Sounds confusing and tough.. needs to use that whipping cream, which by hand, I whipped till the cream and liquid got separated lol.. So maybe the next time i try whipping it I should get the cream frozen 1st ba.. then whip a while put back to freeze more haha.. if not will need the put ice mtd.. but like that the bowl so cold how to whip? Later my leg freeze how? haha.. Since it needs 2 days to freeze.. ermm got to collect the ice-cream sample next week.. And it's lapis next week :D Found out that the Sugaree Cake is not what I expected it to be.. I thought it's those colorful ones at pasamalam but it wasn't leh.. a bit disappointed though.

Egg Cake

Wanted to make Tiramisu with the teacher given recipe for the cream part and my colleague given recipe for the cake part. So that I no need to bake cake for it and make my life easier. Sadly, I beat the whipping cream too much haha.. It solidify and become quite solid and watery.. haiz.. So Bo bian throw that part away and try to use egg white substitute. After beating the egg white and sugar to fluffy state. I realized that my cheese cream has gone bad due to bad storage (ermm it should be freezed instead). So in the end.. I ask my bro go and find some recipe for the egg so that I dun waste it.. So I added the egg yolk and beat them together then added self raising flour.. Seems ok le but then... This is the state of that cake 1 min after it left the oven. We tried the take a stick to poke mtd to test and see if it's done.. It wasn't ok.. Within 5 mins it sink back and become flat lol.. The only entertainment of the process is that ... It's funny seeing that abnormal ...

Brioche - Rasins Variants

1st Trial - Oven Baking Well during the baking process, the rasins popped out a bit after growing bigger in the oven haha. Normal Rasins Variants. Looks ok ba I guess. Most impt of all.. mine is a healthier choice ok.. (Less Salt, Less Sugar) haha.. My Brother's Milo Variant Sprinkle of milo powder at the top. Looks a bit funny but nvm.. I think next time I just mix the milo powder inside ba. So the conclusion is.. overall, Brioche - Rasins Variant is quite a success haha.. At least the look and feel of the normal ones are ok with butter taste.

Rasin Scones Made by the Teacher The Brioche (aka Butter Small Bread in direct translation) was nice too. But ate finished le. Everything today is yummy haha.. :D
