Church with Cracked Walls (near city hall area)

The classic looking church near city hall MRT station had such huh cracked walls where it showed even on photos taken on phone cameras. I was wondering why and how did it reached such as extend and just in front of this portion stood 2 people, probably analyzing the situation or something. Here's the full view of how it looked like below that cracked wall.. From the looks of it, even the pillars of the side of those walls are probably unstable to this kind of extend.. Amazingly, I saw few other people walking out of the church area, from other parts of the church probably.  My thoughts are: "Is this building really still safe for us? Why are there still people around it?"

Tree Top Walk @ MacRitchie Reservoir 2012

Last weekend, I finally joined in an exercise regime of the "Tree Top Walk" @ MacRitchie Reservoir organized by my friends. It's now that I realised that regular exercise is really very important to maintain optimal health and fitness level.  The same path I used to be able to walk with much less effort is makes me feel like I'm about to die walking it. Especially when it comes to slope climbing.. Last time, I even managed to carry stuff like backpack + 1.5 litres of water and sometimes weights (I mean dumbbells inside my bag) before I will actually feel slightly better than what I felt during this walk itself. Also, the route we took wasn't exactly that long..  We had to be careful when we walked through the muddy road after much rain in the season but not from the day itself but rather probably from the day before or earlier.. As we are blessed with great weather that way. Bright and sunny.. :D My favorite kind of weather when it comes to hiking.

Zen Shabu Shabu (新台风精致火锅)

I'm glad that I noticed the Zen Shabu Shabu store located at JB City Square, Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Johor Bahru, Malaysia #B1-04/05. It's a nice looking store at a corner of the B1 level selling Shabu Shabu.. Although there's not a lot of people when we entered, the food is great.  The kitchen is pretty much open concept..  I liked the bird cage light design and the waitress is really responsive and friendly.. Nice lights deco..  I quite like the service button as it helps in getting attention of the waitress better.. Which is a plus point to their great service.  I ordered the pork and lamb shabu shabu with milk herbal soap  The food is really nice and tasty.. The portion is quite substantial as I felt pretty full after eating it, sort of cannot finish all the food.  My bf ordered the cooked dish which tasted nice too..  Waiting for my food to boil..  We tried the flower tea and loved it too... I liked the nice

Merry Christmas @ Orchard Central

With Christmas around the corner, I guess, perhaps along Orchard road, Orchard Central had one of the most charming looking decorations. So many people taking photos around the area, all thanks to the hard work and lovely design that Far East had put up for their shopping centre.  One of the popular corner of that building is that swing outside the mall. You only get this kind of view when it's not so crowded.. After 8pm on Christmas Eve, itself, I had severe difficulties walking beyond the mall to cross over the next building.  I can't believe why would the lady dance mid air above the "wine" bar at the exhibition area.. Isn't she tired, I thought to myself? But I have to say that it's certainly an interesting sight and attracts crowd too..  Here's the tree outside the mall... We had to go through the "secret" underground linkage via B2 to cross the road over to Centre point where the roads are broader.. In fact tra

Visiting Hello Kitty Town @ Puteri Harbour

I had an enjoyable day @ Hello Kitty Town, Puteri Harbour last friday. Thanks to all the Hello Kitty Posters on the road and the guide on their website:  http://www.playtime.com.my/location , we managed to navigate to the place successfully. The place is seriously hard to go without all these guides as the shortcut from JB (Woodlands checkpoint) is a road that wasn't on Google Map or Nokia Map.. :S Here's the entrance ticket to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town which we bought at the place. There's a 10% discount for RHB credit card which we didn't have. Also, the locals' price is much lower than this. Here's the activity card which gives us entry to the various activities that we can do at the Hello Kitty Town.. The most important thing you need to know about Hello Kitty Town is that it's at level 1 which you can reach simply by escalator haha.. (No need to take the complicated lift)  Hello Kitty Cup (Merry Go Round)  The Hell
