I didn't really want to complain but then this agent's service is really cannot make it. 1st of all, he doesn't really pick up his calls, and even when we do give him a miss call, and dropped him an sms, he doesn't really call back. So after like a few hours later, I called again yesterday. His colleague actually picks up the call and I left a message, then only he calls back.
Finally, when I arranged for an appointment with him, he let his colleague do the job and didn't give me the colleague's number! Still never mind, he promises to send me the address. But he only sends me the address when I send him an sms to send it to me, after like an hour later or so. OMG! So in the end, I can't really find the location as he's not even sure how to direct us there by public transport, which means, he's not sure of what he's actually doing.
So finally, this kind middleman called on Tim's behalf to asked me about my location, after Tim didn't pick up his calls. He told me that Tim is on his way, so he'll see what he can do. In the end, what he told me is that Tim's colleague is supposed to meet us and 'cos we haven't reach in 15mins, so the colleague just left like that without even a call to us. When I told the middleman that either I see the house today or never, the middleman called Tim and told me that the owner has left the place so we can't see it except from the outside.
But from today onwards, I shall NEVER deal with the agent: Timothy Seah 98362262. Thanks to his "GREAT" service! I'm still wondering how does he reach the point of top 10 producer in Mar.
So far, my favourite agent among all is still my best friend - Debbie :)
