Windsor Castle, London Vicinity

The Windsor Castle is very big and grand. Also, it's pretty much surrounded by gardens and plants instead of the water moat which we usually see in those fairy tale cartoons.

Here's us taking photo with the castle.

This is one of the flowers in the garden next to the castle.

The windows on the most outside wall of the castle is kind of interesting because it's a small narrow cross gap. I tried to look out and couldn't see much.

There's also a row of cannon statues at outside of the castle

At the more interior part of the castle, there's statues and other stuff. We can't take photos of the actual interior part of the castle though but it's mainly paintings and letters about the queen and king here. Interesting but I can't quite understand the handwriting though.

Between the exterior walls of the castle and the inner wall of the actual castle building, there's beautiful garden.

This is the pond at the centre of that garden. It feels like a relaxing place to be in but possibly forbidden for us to enter as I took this over the wall and there's no one in the garden which might is why I think we can't actually go in there.

This is something on the wall of the castle. I wonder if it's a European thing where they like to install elaborated designs on their buildings.

This is one of the entrance to the sight seeing venues within the castle.

There's quite a number of signs informing us where's what.

We are lucky enough to see a row of guards in the area. As there's lots of people crowding around. I wonder if it's a guard shift changing period of the day.

To visit the Windsor Castle, apart from taking a day trip, you can also come here through the railway (alight at Windsor & Eton Central Station). But the train didn't look very frequent though.

To better plan your trip, check out their official website for events as well:

With some luck, you might get to see the military band performance on the road.

In the next few days, I shall upload the bath photos with more explanation of what I see as well :)

Monopoly Deal - A Fun Game to Play @ Chalets!

I felt that Monopoly Deal is really a fun and challenging game to play, especially at the Chalet. There are many rules to the game, but luckily we had a  monopoly deal rules expert with us to double-click with in event of discrepancy! I feel that it requires strategy and some form of luck to win the game. So far, I always get good property cards sets but it always get taken away 'cos I don't have the "Just say NO" card and it tend to get taken away, especially if I've a complete set. Then, I tried the strategy of not putting up a complete set, then it also doesn't really work 'cos in the end, I don't end up putting my sets on the table. Perhaps, I'll need to play a lot more times and try different methods till I get the idea right I guess. If you do have the chance, try playing that game. It's really exciting, 'cos you'll never know how long will your properties stay with you! As well as, how much money you can have in your hands. T...

Business Network International

I went for one of my friends' Business Network International gathering today. It's actually quite interesting, although initially, I'm quite lost. But after some time, then ok le. A new experience I should say, with a group of people that likes whatever each other is going so much and having lots of fun! The people there are really very friendly, so I shall add those that I've talked to into my hotlist then. Just that I'm not too sure if they really remember me :P But after sometime, I'll need to replace my friend for about 2 weeks so it should be ok I guess. The only downside is that. 7.30am is really a tough timing to wake up and go for the meeting. I'm glad I'm there. I'm so blessed!

Shaun Stenning - Story of the Refund Request

I'm merely sharing the harsh truth and facts about the refund story started by Shaun Stenning himself. My post is biased toward my personal experience so judge it yourself. First of all, there was originally a blog post in their site to tell us that there will be a refund statement or something that will be send to us some Release Agreement but nothing ever happen other than the acknowledgment email reply which I've received from Shaun: "On Mon, Jan 24, 2011 at 12:15 PM, Shaun Stenning <shaun.stenning@dollarrose.com> wrote: your refund request has been received, please note that we will not be actioning the request until 1st March 2011 when you will receive the Release Agreement Shaun" After that, I just visited that link again and it has already been removed entirely. It's now loading page not found instead. If you were me, how would you feel?
