Finally, I went for a short run yesterday after not really running regularly for quite some time. Unfortunately, my running plan for tomorrow had been rescheduled again. Have decided that I shall exercise at least twice a week so that means, I should run during the weekend morning, in order to clock that 2 times of exercise per week. :) Or maybe I should just go for a swim or something.
I probably can't run like 5km now but I'm targeting to be able to run 5km in 40mins in 3 months time. I'd probably only be able to run like 2km in 30mins or maybe less than that now. Just wanted to be much fitter than now.
