Had a different weekend at Hong Kong last week. :P Overall, my feeling of Hong Kong is that, I wonder why is it a shopping heaven when I can't really find much shopping areas. Only to understand today that actually, I missed the stores at "女人街". Opps.. I heard that the street stores opens between 7 - 11pm and I was there at around 11pm. So I thought that it was just a street with lots of cosmetics stores. With a WOW, it's really foggy at this time of the year...

The Peak!
Well, we went to the peak, only to find out that.. it's too foggy to see anything. We are using the Octopus card so the usher stopped us. But those who bought the full package (it cost the same price as per Octopus card payment) gets to go in 'cos they already bought the tickets, even if they don't go in, they'll still need to pay for it.

Don't attempt to walk down the peak.. It's such a long walk
and we still ended up taking the bus 'cos we are like only
10% downhill after our 1 hr or more walk. Opps..

Real Implications of 2G Service Termination for Singapore

I know the article about 2G service termination across singapore from 1st Apr 2017 was written in 2015. But how many of us actually understand the true impact of this termination then? Before things get terminated, we may have felt that since our phone is the latest model or it is at least new, the impact is minimal. But how true is that really? Please, with Dual SIM feature, it's definitely not a Sunset! Monopoly Deal - A Fun Game to Play @ Chalets!

I felt that Monopoly Deal is really a fun and challenging game to play, especially at the Chalet. There are many rules to the game, but luckily we had a  monopoly deal rules expert with us to double-click with in event of discrepancy! I feel that it requires strategy and some form of luck to win the game. So far, I always get good property cards sets but it always get taken away 'cos I don't have the "Just say NO" card and it tend to get taken away, especially if I've a complete set. Then, I tried the strategy of not putting up a complete set, then it also doesn't really work 'cos in the end, I don't end up putting my sets on the table. Perhaps, I'll need to play a lot more times and try different methods till I get the idea right I guess. If you do have the chance, try playing that game.
