Innovative Beer Market Exchange Design

That's the Lady with the Great Memory @ Beer Market!
Went to the Beer Market on Saturday. While waiting for my friends, I was sort of sitting at the fence in front of the area and in a way considered as loitering around. Just by doing that, the lady standing at the entrance can actually remember me when she sees me again! Wow! I'm amazed by that...

Hence, I felt deserved she deserved to get a very high pay because of her amazing memory and she's really super enthusiastic and friendly in inviting people into their pub. I think their entrance looks pretty innovative as well.

Innovative Buy Low Drink High Slogan
I felt that their slogan is really very catchy and innovative. At least, I've yet to see such a thing so far. Most Importantly, I believe most have heard about the stock exchange but have you heard of the Beer Market Exchange? It's really something that's the attention of the area. There's so many people taking photos of it, including me :P Also, the market actually moves! I even saw a closing period where they updates the price. Amazing! I think it's meant to either make more money from the popular beers and increase the sales of the less popular beers. An interesting way to market as well as to have better profit margin!

That's the Beer Market Exchange!
You know what? Their website is also very innovative and interesting, here's the link: http://www.beermarket.com.sg.

Monopoly Deal - A Fun Game to Play @ Chalets!

I felt that Monopoly Deal is really a fun and challenging game to play, especially at the Chalet. There are many rules to the game, but luckily we had a  monopoly deal rules expert with us to double-click with in event of discrepancy! I feel that it requires strategy and some form of luck to win the game. So far, I always get good property cards sets but it always get taken away 'cos I don't have the "Just say NO" card and it tend to get taken away, especially if I've a complete set. Then, I tried the strategy of not putting up a complete set, then it also doesn't really work 'cos in the end, I don't end up putting my sets on the table. Perhaps, I'll need to play a lot more times and try different methods till I get the idea right I guess. If you do have the chance, try playing that game. It's really exciting, 'cos you'll never know how long will your properties stay with you! As well as, how much money you can have in your hands. T...

Business Network International

I went for one of my friends' Business Network International gathering today. It's actually quite interesting, although initially, I'm quite lost. But after some time, then ok le. A new experience I should say, with a group of people that likes whatever each other is going so much and having lots of fun! The people there are really very friendly, so I shall add those that I've talked to into my hotlist then. Just that I'm not too sure if they really remember me :P But after sometime, I'll need to replace my friend for about 2 weeks so it should be ok I guess. The only downside is that. 7.30am is really a tough timing to wake up and go for the meeting. I'm glad I'm there. I'm so blessed!

Shaun Stenning - Story of the Refund Request

I'm merely sharing the harsh truth and facts about the refund story started by Shaun Stenning himself. My post is biased toward my personal experience so judge it yourself. First of all, there was originally a blog post in their site to tell us that there will be a refund statement or something that will be send to us some Release Agreement but nothing ever happen other than the acknowledgment email reply which I've received from Shaun: "On Mon, Jan 24, 2011 at 12:15 PM, Shaun Stenning <shaun.stenning@dollarrose.com> wrote: your refund request has been received, please note that we will not be actioning the request until 1st March 2011 when you will receive the Release Agreement Shaun" After that, I just visited that link again and it has already been removed entirely. It's now loading page not found instead. If you were me, how would you feel?
