Iron Man 2

Woke up today at 1.30pm 'cos my friend called me to ask if I want to go and watch movie lol. Was supposed to wake up earlier but in the end, I didn't. Anyway, I feel that I really need to do something about it le. Really need to wake up much earlier if not it's really not a good thing. Haiz.

So in the end, I ended up in Suntec around 3pm lol. And realised that it's a Public Holiday (Labour Day) so ermm. the cinema is SO packed, and ended up sitting at the 2nd row seats. But then nvm la, the tickets is from the gift card from a very long time ago. I just remember that I had it somewhere in my drawer. And finally used it loh. So thanks to Std Chart that sponsored the movie. haha.

Iron Man 2 is a nice show as well. I like his house and the computer system. If I can have a house next time, ermm a bigger one of course and if money is no longer a problem. I would love to have that kind of system. Imagine, voice activated system, you use ur voice to on the lights, ur comp and a lot more things. Then I want the hidden surround sound system I saw at Suntec as well. It's so hidden and yet powerful and it doesn't affect the next door much. How wonderful is that. Overall, I liked the show!

Btw, this show is yet another one that I watched part 2 without part 1 lol. Seems like I always watched part 2 shows without part 1 loh. Last time pirates of the caribbean also like that haha.

Real Implications of 2G Service Termination for Singapore

I know the article about 2G service termination across singapore from 1st Apr 2017 was written in 2015. But how many of us actually understand the true impact of this termination then? Before things get terminated, we may have felt that since our phone is the latest model or it is at least new, the impact is minimal. But how true is that really? Please, with Dual SIM feature, it's definitely not a Sunset! I mainly only realised the impact since 21 Nov but according to M1, they had terminated the 2G services on their prepaid M Card since 15 Nov. So what does this really mean to us consumers? Backup!

Haha.. I spent most of the day creating recovery disk (1 set -- initial setting), install everything I want then create backup disk. Lol.. Yes I really need the backup... 'cos before I create the backup.. I actually configure until the DVD drive cannot use.. Such that ermm heng hor, Windows have restore point and I was constantly installing stuff.. haha.. So I'm not too sure what config went nuts 'cos I just restore and start again loh.. It's just day 2 nia.. I spoiled the software again lol.. Think maybe I should just not try to be too funny about my config ba.. Then I try to play the game, it seems like my pointer settings will affect the game play if I use pointer. A bit ma fan.. So maybe I should just use mouse for it ba. And something wrong about the map also.. I can see the floor.. yes.. But the pic of the mini and big map for one of the quest cannot be displayed. Now trying to find direct X to install. Hopefully it helps ba. At least most of the stuff is done le....
