Visiting Hello Kitty Town @ Puteri Harbour

I had an enjoyable day @ Hello Kitty Town, Puteri Harbour last friday.

Thanks to all the Hello Kitty Posters on the road and the guide on their website: http://www.playtime.com.my/location, we managed to navigate to the place successfully. The place is seriously hard to go without all these guides as the shortcut from JB (Woodlands checkpoint) is a road that wasn't on Google Map or Nokia Map.. :S


Here's the entrance ticket to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town which we bought at the place. There's a 10% discount for RHB credit card which we didn't have. Also, the locals' price is much lower than this.

Here's the activity card which gives us entry to the various activities that we can do at the Hello Kitty Town..

The most important thing you need to know about Hello Kitty Town is that it's at level 1 which you can reach simply by escalator haha.. (No need to take the complicated lift)

I loved the golden 招财 Hello Kitty 猫.. so cool and so classic.. I placed an order for it as it's all sold out.. The person told me it probably take about 1 month. I really like this kitty piggy bank haha..

Here's the souvenir from the "Jewellery Making" activity. In fact, each activity gives you different sake keeping items.

The staffs are super helpful in taking photos for us, they use our camera to help us take photos as well as their own more professional SLR cameras. We get to view the photos they had taken at the "Kawaii Photo Centre" near the entrance..

The Red Bow Cafe had cute looking tables too... That's the Hello Kitty's "Red Bow" on the right side of her head. So cute... But food here doesn't come cheap..

There's also the Lat's Place which is the restaurant with Lat's cartoon movie that will be screened at the place, opening 12 Jan according to the staff there. What's available there now is just their souvenir store.

Just shared with one of my friends a few days ago that her computer is infected by some virus. And came to realised only yesterday that she's not the only one with unprotected computer. Then I'm wondering if it's just IT people that knows where to get free yet good antivirus software and install? Just to share with those that didn't know, AVG is really a very good yet free antivirus software. If you don't have one, it's best that you just download and install it so that your computer will be almost always virus free. At least most of the normal virus won't be able to disturb you :)

Backup!

Haha.. I spent most of the day creating recovery disk (1 set -- initial setting), install everything I want then create backup disk. Lol.. Yes I really need the backup... 'cos before I create the backup.. I actually configure until the DVD drive cannot use.. Such that ermm heng hor, Windows have restore point and I was constantly installing stuff.. haha.. So I'm not too sure what config went nuts 'cos I just restore and start again loh.. It's just day 2 nia.. I spoiled the software again lol.. Think maybe I should just not try to be too funny about my config ba.. Then I try to play the game, it seems like my pointer settings will affect the game play if I use pointer. A bit ma fan.. So maybe I should just use mouse for it ba. And something wrong about the map also.. I can see the floor.. yes.. But the pic of the mini and big map for one of the quest cannot be displayed. Now trying to find direct X to install. Hopefully it helps ba. At least most of the stuff is done le....

Sisters' Gathering

Went for my friend's Sisters' Gathering today! So it's another event that I'll be my friend's sister (the 4th time for me). Actually, it's quite fun I feel but Joey is the most excited of us all! Probably 'cos she hasn't got a chance to be other bride's sister. Generally, the 1st time, I feel very excited as well! After many times, it's more of a fun thing to do. Especially when I can get to decide what games I want to play! Very chek ark of me hor? Well, actually it's cos I kena arrowed to do the thinking of all the games. Currently, I welcome all games suggestions if you have. :) Thanks in advance for that. But please give it to me more discretely k. The groom can't know about the games, if not then not fun le lol!
