Singapore DUCKtours - A Tourist Like Experience

My First DUCKtours Ride from Suntec City :)
Went for a DUCKtour Ride around late afternoon on Saturday. To our surprise, Singapore get 30% discount off price of the ride on weekends and 40% discount if it's weekdays. :) Which is a pretty good discount amount that we've got, from $33 to $23.10. I'm glad that I'm a Singaporean.

The Stickers & Tickets

Interesting Signboard on the ride itself. :)

Along the way...

Singapore Flyer & Marina Bay Sands

Our Neighbour..

A different Angle of the Singapore Flyer

I really think that Singapore Flyer looks better on the ride. :)

Fullerton Hotel & Our Neighbour
Had Great Splash into the Singapore River and I almost got wet.. Well, my chair's pretty wet, I just managed to evade in time. :P A tip is that if you do take a ride, sit at the right side, I think the view is better at the right side. Do wear rain coat if you are sitting at the side of the boat or at the front of the boat. It might be more fun but it's certainly more wet!

Sit back, relax, enjoy the ride... U may want to wear a cap or sunshades due to the strong sunlight too! Do call in to +65 6338 6877 and reserve a seat if you are interested as the ride is usually quite full. Yup, we attempted to walk in the previous week but it doesn't work out as it's full. So I'm not too sure what config went nuts 'cos I just restore and start again loh.. It's just day 2 nia.. I spoiled the software again lol.. Think maybe I should just not try to be too funny about my config ba.. Then I try to play the game, it seems like my pointer settings will affect the game play if I use pointer. A bit ma fan.. So maybe I should just use mouse for it ba. And something wrong about the map also.. I can see the floor.. yes.. But the pic of the mini and big map for one of the quest cannot be displayed. Now trying to find direct X to install. Hopefully it helps ba. At least most of the stuff is done le....

Free Antivirus Software

Just shared with one of my friends a few days ago that her computer is infected by some virus. And came to realised only yesterday that she's not the only one with unprotected computer. Then I'm wondering if it's just IT people that knows where to get free yet good antivirus software and install? Just to share with those that didn't know, AVG is really a very good yet free antivirus software. If you don't have one, it's best that you just download and install it so that your computer will be almost always virus free. At least most of the normal virus won't be able to disturb you :)

Monopoly Deal - A Fun Game to Play @ Chalets!

I felt that Monopoly Deal is really a fun and challenging game to play, especially at the Chalet. There are many rules to the game, but luckily we had a  monopoly deal rules expert with us to double-click with in event of discrepancy! I feel that it requires strategy and some form of luck to win the game. So far, I always get good property cards sets but it always get taken away 'cos I don't have the "Just say NO" card and it tend to get taken away, especially if I've a complete set. Then, I tried the strategy of not putting up a complete set, then it also doesn't really work 'cos in the end, I don't end up putting my sets on the table. Perhaps, I'll need to play a lot more times and try different methods till I get the idea right I guess. If you do have the chance, try playing that game. It's really exciting, 'cos you'll never know how long will your properties stay with you! As well as, how much money you can have in your hands. T...
