A Visit to Sentosa

Last Saturday, we visited Sentosa for a walk and I managed to take a cute photo of our famous Merlion on my Palm! The island had changed a lot since my last visit quite some time ago. There's now Resort World and Universal studio. I heard from my colleagues that I can visit the Universal Studio on Saturday night for just $5 if I'm not planning to take any rides. But that's just to go inside and take photos along the main walkway. That sounds like I should drop by another day for a visit again. :P
I loved the great weather, although it's a little too hot, at least it wasn't raining. :) So we took the 2 main types of trams around the beaches.

The Usual Sentosa Tram

The Open Rooftop Tram - I was so happy to hop on
this one. I certainly must take a photo with it!
First stop was to drop by the Palawan Amphitheatre as I spotted the area from their advertisement board! When I found the events board, I was pretty glad that the next event is only 15 mins later. So we sat at the benches waiting for something to happen. Only to realised that the bird feeding session at 2 - 2.15pm is done at the birds cage area rather than the Palawan Amphitheatre side. Lesson learnt: Read signboard carefully and take note of the location for events rather than assuming everything is located at the same area.

Luckily, we managed to catch a glimpse of the cute birds
feeding on fruits as they haven't finished their meal yet.
Phototaking with the statue :D while
waiting for my bf to come out of the loo
And of course, the Sentosa Beach Shot!
Another shot of the beach logo :)

So I'm not too sure what config went nuts 'cos I just restore and start again loh.. It's just day 2 nia.. I spoiled the software again lol.. Think maybe I should just not try to be too funny about my config ba.. Then I try to play the game, it seems like my pointer settings will affect the game play if I use pointer. A bit ma fan.. So maybe I should just use mouse for it ba. And something wrong about the map also.. I can see the floor.. yes.. But the pic of the mini and big map for one of the quest cannot be displayed. Now trying to find direct X to install. Hopefully it helps ba. At least most of the stuff is done le....

Free Antivirus Software

Just shared with one of my friends a few days ago that her computer is infected by some virus. And came to realised only yesterday that she's not the only one with unprotected computer. Then I'm wondering if it's just IT people that knows where to get free yet good antivirus software and install? Just to share with those that didn't know, AVG is really a very good yet free antivirus software. If you don't have one, it's best that you just download and install it so that your computer will be almost always virus free. At least most of the normal virus won't be able to disturb you :)

Monopoly Deal - A Fun Game to Play @ Chalets!

I felt that Monopoly Deal is really a fun and challenging game to play, especially at the Chalet. There are many rules to the game, but luckily we had a  monopoly deal rules expert with us to double-click with in event of discrepancy! I feel that it requires strategy and some form of luck to win the game. So far, I always get good property cards sets but it always get taken away 'cos I don't have the "Just say NO" card and it tend to get taken away, especially if I've a complete set. Then, I tried the strategy of not putting up a complete set, then it also doesn't really work 'cos in the end, I don't end up putting my sets on the table. Perhaps, I'll need to play a lot more times and try different methods till I get the idea right I guess. If you do have the chance, try playing that game. It's really exciting, 'cos you'll never know how long will your properties stay with you! As well as, how much money you can have in your hands. T...
