Surprise BBQ

Haha.. Today, there's so much to do and so little time. Managed to finish the transferring of name over to my a/c for my HP. But then a bit disappointed 'cos the free caller-id is only for 3 mths sian.. That time the person say got 12 mths de leh.. but nvm la.. at least it's now ermm got 3 mths of free caller-id ba.. And my bill will be lower 'cos it's now around $20 to $25 depending on whether need to pay caller-id or not and the person waived that $20 transfer fee so ok la.. better than nothing haha.. i think it used to cost more ba.

The only sad thing is that.. why m1 dun have most of the non camera phone de.. only got 2 nokia super low end phone that I really dun like.. it's cheaper to get them via 7-eleven than to buy them from M1 loh. Sian..

The happy thing to day is that I'll be going to my friend's surprise bday bbq haha.. Should be interesting ba.

Backup!

Haha.. I spent most of the day creating recovery disk (1 set -- initial setting), install everything I want then create backup disk. Lol.. Yes I really need the backup... 'cos before I create the backup.. I actually configure until the DVD drive cannot use.. Such that ermm heng hor, Windows have restore point and I was constantly installing stuff.. haha.. So I'm not too sure what config went nuts 'cos I just restore and start again loh.. It's just day 2 nia.. I spoiled the software again lol.. Think maybe I should just not try to be too funny about my config ba.. Then I try to play the game, it seems like my pointer settings will affect the game play if I use pointer. A bit ma fan.. So maybe I should just use mouse for it ba. And something wrong about the map also.. I can see the floor.. yes.. But the pic of the mini and big map for one of the quest cannot be displayed. Now trying to find direct X to install. Hopefully it helps ba. At least most of the stuff is done le....

Real Implications of 2G Service Termination for Singapore

I know the article about 2G service termination across singapore from 1st Apr 2017 was written in 2015. But how many of us actually understand the true impact of this termination then? Before things get terminated, we may have felt that since our phone is the latest model or it is at least new, the impact is minimal. But how true is that really? Please, with Dual SIM feature, it's definitely not a Sunset!
